Our ‘Oxford Reds’ are good ‘doers’ and flourish on our full herbal grass leys. Due to the mix of herbs, legumes, and grasses, our leys don’t require any artificial fertiliser or chemicals, only rain, and sunshine. We have dedicated our lives to ensuring that our cows are super happy and in the best possible health, eating the highest quality, sustainable forage. We respect our cows in life and even after, which is why we felt it was so important to start selling our Prime Beef to customers who value delicious, nutritious, sustainable, traceable, natural food, which has been raised on herbs and grasses, living a happy and stress-free life on one farm.
